“ We just happened upon this restaurant while skiing in Waterton, as we didn't even know it existed (it's small and tucked inside the Waterton Suites and Inn). What a fantastic surprise! The meal was one of the best meals we've had in a while, the prices were very reasonable for what we got (and given it's in Waterton), the service (Brian was our server) was excellent, and the decor and ambiance of the small restaurant is cozy, romantic and delightful. Highly recommended! :) ”

“ This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever visited. The staff was friendly, the service was swift. The menu had many delicious things to choose from. The atmosphere is very cozy. There is a nice fireplace and windows that look into the town. It is the only restaurant in the park that is open year round. I was glad this was the only restaurant open because the food was incredible! My husband and I went here twice in a row, and even if it were peak season and there were more options available, we would've done the same. ”

“ Bison lasagna Really enjoyed the lasagna. Really appreciate the knowledgeable staff and honesty. The lasagna sheets are normally made fresh in house. Today they were not as the chef was off but the lasagna is prepped and made on spot. Despite this it was delicious. Sheets were soft with a light bounce and the sauce well balanced with fresh vegetables. Bison was a nice accent to the dish being a little less oily and with more bite to it. Pear salad Well balanced and flavourful. The sweetness of the pear and figs are nicely contrasted by the smokey fresh bacon bits in the salad. Balsamic vinaigrette is light and non-imposing. Sits well on the palate. Chicken marsalla Chicken cooked fresh and fully tender all the way through. The Au-jus over the dish was a pleasant suprise. Light flavourful and ties the dish and mushrooms together well. Be sure to ask serving staff about what pasta was made fresh that day. Makes all the difference to the dish. Service is top notch. Be sure to make a reservation as there are few seats and lots of interest. ”
“ What a fantastic restaurant! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, awesome food, and amazing chef! Food was honestly the quality that you'd find in a very fancy and luxurious restaurant but with very reasonable price tags. Even the music was perfect. The chef came to our table over 7-8 times to check if everything was ok. He brought two of the desserts to our table himself! Anyways, I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back tomorrow night to try more from their menu. ”
“ My family of 4 wanted pasta, so our hotel suggested this restaurant. The prices were high, but the portions were huge. Our kids shared a plate (no kid options) and even the 2 adults were able to share their chicken parmigiana atop gnocchi. The service was excellent and patient with us, even though we had a 9 and 6 year old. They even surprised us with a free dessert; a new cookie recipe the chef was considering adding to the menu. ”
